5 layer bubble film extruder is primarily comprised of a main extruder, a secondary extruder, a forming system, an aluminum composite film lamination rack, a winder and an electronic control system. Raw materials such as LDPE, LLDPE or recycled materials are extruded by the main extruder at high temperature to produce bubble films. Next, an additional PE film is added by the secondary extruder. Composite materials such as aluminum foil, Kraft paper, EPE foam can also be added. This air bubble film machine comes with many selectable parts, including in-line film edge trim winder, bubble film perforator and hydraulic screen changer.
Application
5 layer bubble film is a novel environmental friendly thermal insulation material which is soft, light, and easy to install. It can be used to block sunlight. This material is produced by first blowing polyethylene into bubble films and then laminating bubble film with aluminum foils. This gives bubble films thermal insulation, water-proof and moisture-proof abilities. It is an improvement to traditional thermal insulation materials like glass fabrics and foamed materials such as rock wool and glass felt for it is more comfortable to human bodies and more environmental friendly. Infrared which cannot be blocked by iron sheets, concretes, woods and ordinary insulation materials can also be block by it.
Features
1. This bubble film machine has very high production capacity. Its standard speed is 33 meters per minute. Maximum speed can be customized upon requested to be as high as 50 meters per minute.
2. This air bubble film machine has very good quality. Ztech's forming cylinder mold is designed with a vacuum system, with special steel sheets to prevent wearing, and with a dual pipe cooling system to realize better and more even cooling effect. Ztech's unique T-die design is of vital importance to producing high quality bubble films. Precise T-die materials makes products even in thickness, realizing an easier operation flow and prevents glue leakage. Ztech's screw design makes recycled materials 100% usable, it also ensures that bubble are even in thickness and better in quality.
3. Our 5 layer bubble film extruder comes with a strict safety system. Emergency stop button can stop the entire machine, including circuits, extruders and cylinder of roller. Protective barriers are installed on all important parts, all actions halt automatically to prevent damage whenever protective barriers are opened.
4. This bubble film extrusion machine has very good composite effect. Up to date technology ensure that its composite effect stands out.
